1. Commitment

You can try the Pro plan and request a 100% refund within the first 7 days from the payment time. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Contact email: billing@example.com with your account information.
  2. We verify and process within 3–10 business days.
  3. After the refund, your account returns to the Free plan (your existing data is kept).

4. Cancel plan

You can cancel anytime in the billing settings page (or contact support). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; after that your account switches to the Free plan.

5. Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback for the fastest support. Invalid chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
