Welcome to Invoicer (the Service
). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service overview
Invoicer helps you create invoices, track time (timesheets), send reminders, and accept payments through third parties (e.g. Stripe / PayPal). The Free plan may include limits (e.g. invoice quota). Pro unlocks advanced features.
2. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- Please provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we detect violations of these Terms.
3. Pricing, plans, and billing
- Pro may be billed monthly or yearly.
- Payments are processed by third parties. We do not store card data.
- You can cancel anytime (effective at the end of the paid period).

4. Usage limits
To prevent abuse and ensure fair use, we may apply technical limits (e.g. quotas on Free). We may adjust thresholds for operational or security reasons.
5. Content and ownership
- You own your data. You grant Invoicer permission to process it to operate the Service.
- Invoicer intellectual property (code, design, branding) remains ours.
6. Prohibited behavior
- Illegal use, disruption, spam, or rights infringement.
- Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, or tampering.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Invoicer is registered (fill in your legal details).
